The first time you log into Telephone Banking you will be asked for an Alternate ID. Your Alternate ID is your birthdate + last four of your social security number.
- For example, a birth date of April 7,1983 and last 4 of SS 1234, the Alternate ID would be 040719831234
You will then be asked for a PIN - the first time you log in your PIN will be the last four of your social security #
- For example, if your social is 123-45-6789, your PIN will be 6789
