New Lebanon Branch Opening Soon!
Join us this Friday, July 1st at our new Farmers & Merchants Bank branch location in New Lebanon. We will have some food, fun, and giveaways, with free lunch from 11:00 – 2:00. Located at 510 West Main St., New Lebanon.
The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bank is pleased to announce its fourth branch office, located in New Lebanon, Ohio. A recent branch closure by a regional bank prompted the Board and bank management to consider opening a new office in New Lebanon. “Citizens and representatives of New Lebanon began contacting us. They feel the New Lebanon community will be underserved if another banking option isn’t available,” states Shon Myers, President & CEO of Farmers & Merchants Bank. “We heard from so many people that we believe there is a true need for a community bank in New Lebanon.”
The new Farmers & Merchants bank office will be located inside the Groceryland store at 510 West Main Street, New Lebanon, OH 45345. The grocery store is already outfitted with a bank branch. “Many years ago a local community bank operated a branch in this store,” adds Myers. “This was an easy decision for us since the need is apparent and the space is already available for us to set up shop quickly.”
The new office will be full service and will offer our line of Kasasa accounts to New Lebanon. Kasasa accounts offer high interest and cash back. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Friday, July 1st and the bank will be open most regular hours during June. We look forward to opening our new office and serving the banking needs of the New Lebanon community.
